GEME Dots Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

The GEME Referral Program offers an opportunity for our members to earn rewards by inviting their friends or families to join the GEME Dots Program or purchase at the GEME official store. Both the referrer and the referred-in friend get rewards for successful referrals.

Follow the steps to complete referrals:

• The referrer should log in to the GEME account and get an exclusive referral link.
• The Referer shares the referral link with your friends or family. ("Referee").
• Referrers and referees both get rewards for successful sign-ups:
  • Referrer get 500 Dots
  • Referee get $50/€50 discount
• Referrer can get 40,000 GEME Dots for every successful purchase referral within 14 business days of shipment confirmation.

*During this period, points remain in "pending" status. Final point credit is contingent upon order completion without cancellation or modification (warranty claims excluded).

Earn GEME Dots through these qualifying activities:

• Earn GEME Dots based on your eligible purchase amount
• Earn bonus GEME Dots when your referred members activate their accounts
• Receive additional bonus GEME Dots when your referrals make purchases
• Earn GEME Dots by posting in community forum
• Get bonus GEME Dots for replying to forum posts

Points earned through qualifying purchases will be credited within 14 business days of shipment confirmation. During this period, points remain in "pending" status. Final point credit is contingent upon order completion without cancellation or modification (warranty claims excluded).

Point redemption value cannot exceed the total order value. A maximum of 200,000 GEME Dots may be redeemed per transaction.

Yes. Points expire under the following conditions:

• After three years of inactivity in point usage
• After 12 consecutive months without a qualifying purchase on the associated account

(Hereinafter "ROKH" or "Program Administrator")

Program participation is restricted to individuals who have reached the age of majority (18 years) in their jurisdiction of residence.

• Program participation is provided without charge. Enrollment is exclusively available through https://www.geme.bio via online registration or at point of purchase.
• Upon verification of eligibility (per Section 2) and completed registration, Program benefits commence immediately.

Program members are entitled to specified benefits, subject to modification, enhancement, or limitation at the Program Administrator's discretion with appropriate notice.

• Point Accrual

  Members earn points through qualifying purchases, referrals and other activities as specified in the Program terms.

• Point Status

  Points earned will be subject to a pending period before being credited to member accounts.

• Point Validity

  Points are valid for a limited time period subject to account activity requirements.

• Point Balance Updates

  Members will be notified of their point balances through electronic or postal communications.

• Program terms in effect at transaction time govern all Program activities.
• Members will receive advance notification of any modifications to Program terms or benefits.
• Redemption Terms

  Rewards are subject to specific redemption terms and conditions as defined by the Program.

• Contract cancellation or product exchange does not qualify for Program benefits.

Members may terminate Program participation at any time through written notice (including email). The Program Administrator reserves the right to terminate the Program with 4 weeks' notice, without cause. Both parties retain the right to immediate termination for cause, as defined by applicable law.

ROKH reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms with 30 days' advance notice via email. Members who do not object within the notice period are deemed to accept modifications. Members may object in writing or terminate participation. Upon objection, previous terms remain in effect until ROKH exercises its right to terminate participation.
